Free video stock libraries?

Not quite photography I know, but closely related. Does anyone know of any decent free (Free as in free cost AND copyright free) video stock libraries? Preferably in decent res (PAL upwards) as well. Im after all sorts to make abstract music videos (Lots of them).

The BBC used to, but unfortunately it was a pilot that has ended. I'm not sure who else might, but good luck finding someone. Maybe you can get some leads from that website?

I know you said free but Istockphoto and Shutterstock both do videos for a minimal amount if you cant find anything.

Yeah definately mate. How big are they? Any chance of hosting them somewhere or will it be easier by cd?
