Free Poster Print at www.nelliestore.co.uk

Got mine today and very pleased with it. Thanks again for the heads up.

Hi All, Tom from Nelliestore here. We have been inundated with orders for the free print and we have experienced a bit of a back log last week. We have worked hard to clear the backlog and most people should've received their orders, but for those of you still waiting, please accept our most sincere apologies, you will be getting them very soon. Your orders are important to us and we welcome your custom. As you can probably appreciate, we have to send out "non-free" orders as a priority and the free prints as a secondary item. Our usual service for canvas prints, photobooks etc. is excellent and I hope that you will use us again in due course. If you have any feedback or issues with your prints, then please email ellie@nelliestore.co.uk. We welcome all constructive input and will adapt our service to meet our customers needs. Best Wishes, Tom Stevenson, nelliestore.co.uk

My print turned up yesterday...

For a freebie it's at best okay. If it's meant to be an advert for the products they produced I wouldn't go back - the paper was extremely lightweight and the colours on the image were very muted - not how vibrant they are on the digital image.

Won't be heading back in a hurry and would never dream of supplying that quality of print to a client. More than acceptable for most of the non-commercial market but I'm going to stick with ISL.

Got mine last night and by the time that I had removed it from the packaging, the lightweight paper that it was printed on was already showing a crease.
One advantage of this papers is that it is easier to flatten ......
This will be going in a frame, so it should be OK, but unsuitable to send as it is to a client (I think)

It was free, so I can't complain.

BUT, I don't think that I will be rushing to pay for prints if this is the quality that I will recieve.

If there is an offer on the canvas or photobooks, I might be tempted to give it a go, but that is purely an opportunity to balance out the quality of product i received.

Tom - no offence, I hope you appreciate the constructive crit

Just put my order in. This is my first large print so looking forward to seeing it.

I received one of these prints back yesterday. I have no complaints about the colour. It matched my screen well, so if yours doesn't you may want to check your colour calibration. The paper is lightweight. So what? Does it really matter if it's in a frame?

On the subject of frames, here's the downfall. Yes, we've got an almost free 18x12 print. Now try finding a ready made frame for it. I tried two shops in town today, one - Hobbycraft - having an extensive selection. Not one frame that comes anywhere near 18x12. So now it's an online search or a custom made one.

I got mine yesterday and am happy with it - colour reproduction looks good compared to my monitor. Took a week all in all from order to delivery (2nd class).

cheers mate. modded a pic of me and the two kids into an illustration and I love it. More than happy that I can get this A3 size for just over a quid.

Thanks for the link.

Mine came today! Pleased with it seen as it only cost £1.50! Happy Days thanks OP

how did everyone pay?

I can't see anything on the site relating to payment options or secure payment!

Do you have to sign up to see this? or am i being dense?
