Thanks Susane. I did have Picasa 3, if that's the version you mean, but reinstalled Picasa 2 because I couldn't get the mail function to work. I think this was a beta, so maybe I should it again.

The beta was a bit flakey but the latest update seems to be working as well as v2 now and the added functions are an improvement.
