Go wilkinsons and get the 24x20 clip frame i think that was size then cut it down to size, works a treat, ive done it myself. think it was about £7 for frame.

16x24 inches doesn't seem to be a standard frame size, closest I can find is 40x60cm but you might have to trim a few mm from each side off the photo.

Is the Wilkinson frame glass or plastic?

Just got the Wilkinson frame, its plastic so just score with a stanley knife and snap it off, need to cut the backing board now.

EDIT: and drill new holes for the clips.
