I have been doing photography for a few years now a hobby, mainly I shoot internal architecture most of the time. After a while I realised that when shooting inside some of the cathedrals I needed to do HDR imaging. I tried to look over the net to see if I could find some HDR source files to learn with but couldn't find any. Anyway I started taking multiple exposures myself and started to learn HDR imaging myself. Recently I had a very quick look over the internet and still see a lack of hdr source files in general. I have decided to post some HDR source file packs on my DA account, to help other photographers who want to learn HDR but don't have any source material to play around with. Each pack consists of at least 3 lossless TIFF multiple exposures and more in some of the other packs. The packs are free and can be distributed, there aren't any restrictions at all.

Here is a link to my DA HDR source files:

Hopefully this will give some of you who want to dabble and learn HDR imaging something to play with. :)

I I just had to have a play, so I picked the place I knew best (Hereford cathedral) and after playing two things come to mind. One it might be usefull for beginners to know more details of the taking (number of stop apart, was a tripod used etc) and two it might prove interesting to see other peoples versions of the finished HDR and see how they differ with different styles and software. Just a thought.

Ecxellent - I'll be having a play with a couple of these if I get a quiet evening!

Cheers.
