Check out Fusion and Luminance HDR, I've heard they're not bad but haven't tried either I'm afraid.
Failing that you can do a lot of blending in photoshop if you have it, create 3 different exposured tiff and blend the layers with masks.
While not HDR in the Trey Radcliff my eyes are burning tone mapping sense, it's HDR in the blend a few exposures to get a middle ground flat image with all the detail you can process in lightroom sense.
