Which is the best (if any) Av Programme , i dont do very many but i am looking for an easy to use and free down load one if thats possible anything too hi-tec and i am lost .:shrug:

Do you mean Anti virus?
 
If you do mean Anti Virus, then I can recommend Avast.
Excellent AV and its free!
 
If you are on Windows use Microsoft Security Essentials. It's actually quite good.
 
You don't want only anti virus look for a Internet Security suite eith firewall and malware.

Comodo is free and if you bank with Barclays you can get Kaspersky Internet Security free.
 
A second vote for Avast from me, coupled with Comodo fire wall has kept my computer happy for a goodly few years :)

Pro show gold or producer are good but not free. I think Picassa does a slide show.
Do you mean to just run a show on the pc or to make shows on DVD/CD ??

Sorry to hi-jack, but would the pro show be good to run from the PC rather then dvd/cd?
