Last night I was after buying a lamp off gumtree. The advertiser had posted 3 pictures of the lamp taken on a very untidy table. On the table and easily readable was a letter concerning mortgage arrears from the Halifax , it stated the name and address of the seller, the very large amount of arrears, account number, account name. Also on the table was a bank statement, this was not quite as easy to read, but I'm sure with a bit of enhancement it would have been. Unbelievable!!

I remember travelling on quite a busy but relatively quiet train once when a woman rang to pay her parking fine and proceeded to read out her card number, expiry date and security code several times! :banghead:

At work quite often I have to stand there whist the customer phones though payment details to the office or the environment agency.

I've now perfected the "I'm not listening to your card details" pace up and down the room.
