Framing and Matting book recommendation(s)

Can anyone here recommend a good book on learning about framing and matting? Ideally it needs to start with the basics and work through to some of the more advance framing techniques. I'm not interested in the history or framing and all sorts of background theory that by and large isn't relevant when actually creating your own frames (which a lot of the books on Amazon seem to be keen on padding themselves out with).
