Frames with exif

A while back on here I saw a thread on how to add frames to images with the exif on them but I cannot find it anywhere!!

Please very nicely could someone point me in its direction as its a very quick and easy way for me to see what settings I'm using on my pics!!!

I am off to bed now so I am not ignoring replies from any insomniacs :lol:
