frame, mount, print... help?

Hopefully someone can help me.

What i need is somewhere I can upload some photos too, and they print them.
then I want them to frame the whole thing and mount one large photo with 4 smaller ones underneath.
I also want some text added to the frame somewhere.

I want to just tell them what I want and let them get on with it and post it to my customer.

any recommendations?
