Hi All.....Though it was worth while posting about the Fantastic service I have had from these people Kile (spelling) has been excellent and the delivery and attention to my needs have been surpassed.....on both price and service:thumbs:

You mean PhotoSense? They seem to have been up and down in reviews but I've only ever had good service from them.
 
I did have a bad experience with them, and their aftersales customer service was pretty awful... I did write about it here sometime back.. I wouldn't use them again - but I know that sometimes things go wrong - for me it just went wrong about 4 times..

Very friendly and helpful in pre-sales chat with good prices, but...

Things can and do go wrong. Good after sales support is important. Unfortunately, although the problems were eventually resolved with the help of a clear understanding of my legal rights, they just stretched out too long for me to comfortably shop there again.

I get the impression its something that could be improved with training and having better systems in place, which is why I don't have any ill will towards them. I'll reserve that for companies like pixmania where I've had to get the credit card company to refund my money.
 
I was happy with them when I shopped there, but I collect to save on the postage costs as they are too far away from me.
