I ordered a pack of 6 Lee gel sheets from them yesterday not realising that I had to pick the gels from a huge list - from the photo on the posting I thought it showed the colours I was getting!
This morning Dr Lee Martin called and he helped me greatly. I told him what my ideas are and he was able to advise which filters he felt would best fit my purpose. Not only that, when I couldn't decide between two filters, he threw one in for free.
Then when I told him I need the gels urgently for a shoot he ran them down to the post office himself and paid for upgraded post to 1st class to try and get them to me in time.
It's rare to get such exceptional service and I think they deserve a mention.
