A sad, and altogether geeky idea, but whatabout a 'star in a reasonably priced car' type challenge with the TP 206? Pick a track we all agree on (mebbe Nurburgring or summat as it hard to remember the course, giving everyone a chance), set your fastest time, then gift the car to the next TP member on the list and see who's fastest (post photos or rely on honesty, it doesnae matter). You might want to hang onto the car if this is a good idea Paul??

I've already got 8 tp 206's in my garage so if we can agree
on a car class and tuning then we can each have our own car.
I will provide the painted car but you have to your own parts :)

Stick a race kit and a decent turbo/supercharger on it and it'll be fine!! :D
 
Could I take part in a 206 with what mods are decided and take a picture of proof even though I dont have XBOX live? Oh and how many go's are allowed? Oh and can I use me steering wheel?
 
I'd be up for this, sounds like a good idea. I used to do it with pgr3 and nurburgring.

We have to agree on what assists we can use as well.
I suggest,
ABS allowed.
NO TCS
NO STM
NO Racing Line.
And why agree on mods?? Keep it standard.
 
Sounds fair enough to me - perhaps tuning could be allowed?? (by that I mean adjustment of gear ratios, tyre pressure etc, not souping up)

I don't think you can change that if it's standard, we could maybe agree that it has to stay lower than S class, so any level of tuning you want as long as it stays in A class.
 
Good idea this! Count me in too.
 
Why not do it in true Top Gear fashion? The only mods should be stripped out interior with a roll cage fitted. Any more tuning and it's no longer a "reasonably priced car".

Count me in either way.
 
Pity you're not on xbox live Matt. I'm sure one of us would send you a few cars.

Thank you very much, that is very kind of you! I have a MK2 Golf with R32 running gear, fully lightened and body done up :D VERY QUICK lol.
