Ok guys I have a prob the security officer at work has blocked TP the sod now I am bored what others photography forums come close to this one
I love TP but I need a back up one whilst I'm in work
 
you can unblock it even without administative privelidges
 
Ask him how you're supposed to get any work done if you can't get on TP :lol:

google anon proxy and all will be revealed....
 
I might be stating the obvious but have you asked him to unblock it?

Playing Devil's Advocate I would also say that you should be careful, they might have blocked TP because you've kicked the arse out of it :D and a flag has been raised.

I might have to have these anonomous proxys for school:rules:
 
set up ssh server on your home machine and just tunnel through it from work. mmmm, encryption..
 
or take a lappy into work and use your blackberry connection to access it:shrug:
 
i had the same problem and just asked the IT department to stop being miserable and give it back to me... :D
 
I had this problem with a forum I used to use but then found out it was only the home page that was blocked - I just needed to do a Google search on something I knew was on the forum so I could get into a thread, then I could sign in, go to 'view new posts' and get into the different sub-forums that way. It didn't work with all forums though.
