"The Skillset Cymru Training Framework, supports production companies and freelancers to enhance their skills in the challenging and constantly evolving audio visual industries.
The framework, developed in partnership with S4C and the Welsh Assembly Government, is open to all Wales-based freelancers and companies. A free training needs assessment from a Human Resource Development (HRD) advisor is on offer, as well as a chance to get funding for recommended courses.
Support for Companies in Wales:
Production companies based in Wales can receive high-level, professional support to identify their staff's training and development needs. Companies can also apply for funding towards the costs of training."
