That's the problem I find, yet I look even worse with headphones that go over my head/ears. You can imagine everyone gets annoyed with me.

I have found in ear headphones to be the an answer, but I dint find them that comfortable for extended periods of wear. And also walking in them you get a thud, and eating crisps....
