For Canon users

Is this just a random advert or some reason to it?
 
I would guess randomness to get people to waste a minute of their life trying to figure out why someone would bother to post a link to an advert of no interest to most :shrug:

£38 cheaper than Amazon for a £1,500 body.

Hardly worth a headline.
 
Still, nice of the OP to post it up and cheaper than any on CPB (Amazon being the cheapest), now you wouldn't be complaining if it was a free SD card worth £38 would you ;)

It's a good offer on a good camera body. Someone on here may be currently looking to buy this body so it would be helpful to them. Don't see what the OP has done wrong. Although not something I'm currently looking for, no harm in posting. Perhaps the title should read "Good shop price for Canon 5DM2" or something.

A better heading, and perhaps a little more than just posting a link without any actual input from the OP?

An explanation as to what the link is about would mean everyone could decide before having to click on the link, realise its an advert, scrutinise the page for what made it worthwhile for the OP to actually take the time to post it, realise there is sod-all of interest on the page and move along.
 
Ok so the OP thought he was doing some good by posting the link. Does anybody not have the gumption to notice the other tabs along the top and perhaps search through items that might be of interest to them :shake::shake::shake:
 
agreed, all this did I suspect was make Iain feel its not worth trying to help people out, if that had been the response I had received for trying to help out others then I wouldn't bother again.
