For non-website text I'm a big fan of the Calibri Light font, it's modern, easy to read and nicely compressed without feeling squashed, so I can get a lot of data packed in on a page.

I'm getting a little bored of it though and was wondering does anyone else have a favourite font that's worth a look at?

I tend to just stick to Arial and occasionally use Verdana

My preference is for Gentium Plus - takes accents easily

That's an interesting font which I've never seen before. Unusual scaling of capital letters.

For Sans-serif, Segoe UI seems to be the best option as it has a lot of variations and is included in almost all MS software.
If you feel like a deep dive into typography and document formatting this site is a treasure trove of information.

Thanks, I do like that font. I'll have a peek at that website as well.
