I'm looking recommendations for a folding stool or seat that's not big to carry but not tiny when folded out as I'm 6'3". I have camping chairs but they're too big to carry and all the folding stools are very short.

Going to be hard to find anything that folds down small and takes someone your size.
If its for when you go for a stroll have you considered a shooting stick?

Walkstool, very good quality made in Sweden, can be had in different heights and seat sizes I have the comfort 55 one, the most comfortable stool I've ever used
expensive but worth it got mine from WEX.

:agree: I use exactly the same, I'm 6'2" and it's perfect for me. Not cheap but built to last

And me ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The walkstool is one of those simple things done right. Wife and I carry ours in their bags slung over the shoulder. They're light enough that we can forget they're there.

I've got to agree. I'm 6' 101kg and use the 65cm walkstool. Build quality is excellent and I've had mine for years. Highly recommend.

We have a 'Walking stick stool' from the National Trust. They're about £55. We've had it for a few years now and have no complaints.

I've had something similar to a Walkstool for 20 years or more and it works very well (light, comfortable etc.). The only problem is that it's only slightly over a foot tall (ground to top of poles) so it's hard work to get up from now! Might need to invest in a Walkstool for the extra height (unless I can adapt what I have to be taller...)

Walkstool for me, been using mine for 2 seasons at the football and still going strong

Walkstool.
Just make sure you glue the feet on, they're chuffing expensive to replace.

The Walkstool seats are well made and robust, however try one first! A friend of mine has one and finds it superb - and has done so for several years. When looking for a stool for long waits for Owls I gave his a try, perhaps my dimensions are unusual, but let's just say that I found severe compression on the Crown Jewels!
Not knocking them they are great, but try before you buy;)
