Flower Meadows

Hey guys,

I'm looking to photograph mixed flower meadows, does anyone know of any photogenic ones in the East Midlands area?

Also looking for fields of single species e.g. poppy fields. I want to go for some bold colours offset against the sky.

Any bright ideas?

There are plenty of poppy fields in the poppy thread. As for other flower meadows, this might be a bit far for you, but in case anyone else who reads this is within striking distance http://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/cms/environment-and-planning/countryside/explore-the-countryside/countryside-service-sites/list-of-countryside-sites/st-wulstans-nature-reserve.aspx St Wulstan's Nature Reserve near Malvern is particularly good for flowers at present - fields full of yellow rattle and ox-eye daisies. Probably only there for another couple of weeks as they will be cutting it fo3 hay soon.
