been tying to get floating window to come up on photshop elements 9, i have one photo in project bin and one in active window, when i go to window..images....floating window does'nt highlight, been trying to remove parts of photo, any help appreciated
 
Dont really understand the question, sorry. I suspect others dont either hence no reply yet perhaps.:shrug:
 
Think if you install the new 9.0.3 update, theres no floating window just tabs, and you’ll have to pull them out to have them floating again. Every time

You need to go to Edit/Preferences/General and make sure that Allow Floating Documents in Full Edit Mode is ticked.
If it is already ticked and you have updated to 9.03 the documents open in tabbed view, you have to grab the tab with the mouse and pull it out.
