I came across this new app on the ipad called Flixel has anyone else seen it?
It takes a pic/video the you choose what you want to move and what is left as a photo (a moving photograph) what do people think of the idea of it? Some good examples on the app.
Here's my 1st attempt not great but you see what it can do I only have the free app the pro is £6.99 not sure I it's worth the upgrade yet.
