Flipping text for t shirt print

Guys I have been tying all morning to flip my text in word 2011 for mac does any one no how to do it or in photoshop but I'm not sure what size a4 paper is cant you help it's to print on a t shirt and sort of need it now thanks

Select the text layer and edit trasform flip horizontal should do it. (photoshop, I don't use word much)
