Flim-strip/passport style

Hi all, I would like to have about 3/4 photos displayed in a film-strip of sorts. Like how you receive your passport photos from a machine.

Can anyone tell me the best way to go about this? Will LR work?

I dont know about light room but both windows and my printer software can do it (canon printer using easy photoprint EX)

Not sure about L/R as I've done it in the past using layers for each image. Google filmstrip templates, and I'm sure you'll find someting there.
They usually have transparent cut out's and you put your own images underneath in different layers.

i think picasa might be able to do it as well. they have many templates to just drop photo's into. Free as well.
