Beginner flickr

i just opened a flickr account but im having trouble figuring out how to put the pic from there onto here.

would someone be kind enough to explain it to me

Open the image you want to post, right hand side is an arrow going up/right, click, choose BBCODE, the size (medium 800 x 526 works on the forum) highlight the bbcode in bottom box, copy and paste into forum.

It's the upload from Flickr to the forum that was the problem, not the upload to flickr!
