Flickr as gone mad they have changed the lay out on I think it's rubbish dose any one know if it could be put back at all

I just upgraded from 4>5 and agree with ^PH^- there's no difference to the layout

Same here.
The only thing I know has changed between some of the versions are some of the Develop sliders. They are named differently and do work slightly differently.

You had a few folks in 'panic mode' thinking you may have an early copy of LR version 6

Flickr do keep fiddling & I know of no way to customise it to how it was

No, it will not revert back anymore, the beta version is now perfected (yeh, right) so we are all stuck with it.
(or go somewhere else). But, like everything else, after a short while we will wonder what all the fuss was about.

Yes they have made a few changes again.
Personally I do mot have much of an issue with it though I know there have been quite a few members unhappy with it.
Not sure what the particular issues are, other than it is different?
Comments are perhaps a bit too squashed up now but the photos display better I think and accessing exif and the like seems easier.

Thing is, is it a photo sharing site, or a social site for chatting?
That seems to be where the complaints revolve around.
