Flickr woes ?

Is it just me or are other people having trouble with Flickr? Yesterday I could go to an image on my stream click on it and it takes you to the page for sharing and shows you the comments made ect....... Now today it just shows this.



No comments or image info nor the link icons for sharing. Thoughts? By the way it is the same for all images you click on.

there is a noticeable pause before that section loads though.

i would clear all of your browser cache as a starter.

Thanks for the quic resposnse gents, tried clearing all browser data, using Chrome by the way. Same results for my stream and others including yours Diners.

wouldnt surprise me if flickr had changed something that chrome isnt happy with, chrome is stupidly picky like that.

does it work in another browser?

It is running correctly in Explorer but not Chrome, Chrome update me thinks.

Sometimes when I click on one of my photographs it takes me to www.flickr.com main page rather than the photograph that I was clicking on. It does this roughly every few clicks and it is really annoying. This has only started to happen to me in the past few days.

That is what I saw until this morning. I think Neil is correct with the Chrome browser being picky, will have a tinkle with the settings ect.

Resolved, for future reference of this thread. Flickr page back to normal after removing the add on "ADBlock plus from Chrome. A Chrome update must have been conflicting with it.

Could well be Neil, have deleted from Chrome maybe will try reinstalling, most sites I visit are not to intrusive with them anyway.

no problems with safari .did take a bit longer than usual to connect though ,i did a search earlier on there and it looks like there updating the search bar facility so that could be your glitch

actually it is not ad-blocker it is Java Script addon that cause the problem...
