Flickr video help please

Hi, I have uploaded a AVI file to Flickr and it will only let me view it when I clear all my cache and internet files, after I watch it once I have to the same again to watch it,i have searched Flickr for a answer but the only one I found was clearing the cache which I have done, could anyone please help.Thanks
 
Is it the one of the Little Owl eating a worm you posted a link to? Works fine for me, I can watch it repeatedly without touching the cache on my machine. Which browser are you using, have you tried a different one? Could be a problem with Adobe flash player on the browser you are using, though that is just a guess.

Its just my PC that wont show it ,my mobile is fine and most people seem to be able to view it but me....I am using internet explorer 10
 
Try downloading the free Google Chrome browser, it has Adobe Flash deeply embedded in the browser (I'm assuming Flikr uses Flash to play videos, it's the normal choice on the web). If that works you'll know it is some problem with IE10, which I would guess is the most likely culprit.
