Flickr V Phtobucket

Hi all,

Which do you use and why? looking down the pages, seems most people have flickr, What are the download times like? Currently have photobucket, but seems a little slow and doesn't always do all the pics i want to put on.

I have both, I used to use photobucket alot but i find you lose alot of picture quality.

I`ve now got a flickr pro account which i use for most of my stuff and photobucket for just jibba jabba.


also flickr is like a fourm ect

I use flickr, partly because for the price the service is fantastic, even the free service is great. But the community is what makes it for me. I've made so many friends and acquaintances through Flickr. I don't really trust anywhere else with my images.

Flickr for me, for the community spirit.
But also use PB for uploading to various forums.

Flickr for me... Never used photo bucket so cant compare, but never had any issues with Flickr.

Used to use photobucket, but did not like it very much, no real reason. Moved to a Flickr Pro account for my images to share and be part of community etc. Also for my main online gallery I use Zenfolio which I find very nice and easy to use. ( www.cornish-photos.com )

Me too. I like flickr for the community aspect and I find the layout more friendly. I find photobucket easier though for posting images to the forum.
