Does anybody use 'Upload Junction' to copy images from Flickr into Zenfolio ?

I've got a bit behind with my Zenfolio and think it would really handy to copy images from my Flickr account (which are there as full res) to my Zenfolio account without the need to have access to my external hard drive at home.
The instructions on Upload Junction weren't particularly clear - Is it easy to just cherry pick individual images from Flickr rather than have whole sets moved over ?
