Flickr - Password reset went wrong

Jesus wept I reset my password on flickr now the new and old don't work and my accounts blocked and I've got to ring the help line which I did 1 hour later I have up so no longer have use of my flickr account - NOT happy

ive mistyped a password the same into the main and confirm boxes once which was impressive.

eventually got it sorted .... Realised I was resetting the password for my old account haha so that's deleted and the correct accounts up and running

That is why I use a password manager, copy and paste, simples.

Just hope the clipboard has the right data in.. (have you ever copied something and gone to paste except it's pasted the thing you copied previously)

It's very easy to get flippant when entering passwords, I can do mine without thinking about it. Trouble is, like I say, if your hand isn't quite in the right place it can go very wrong. Especially if you set and confirm the wrong password twice.

There's no substitute for spending an extra few seconds checking you're typing the right thing into the user and pass fields with caps lock off etc compared to retrying it several times.
