Got notification they had mentioned one of my pictures,checked into it and got this,have blocked them but can i report them,if so how?

Just had a look and there is a REPORT ABUSE link on the bar at the bottom of the photostream page or you could report it on the Help Forurm, also linked at the bottom of the page
