flash trigger

Hi. i am looking for advice on a flash trigger as i am looking for one for my cannon 50d and there are so many around. Any idea's would be great. thanks.

Hi, welcome to the forum.
I've got a set of these, they work well and are cheap. No ettl/ttl so you have to set the flash manually but they double up as remote trigger for the camera as well.

pocket wizard tt5 and tt1.. lets you shoot ttl.... but for a beginner a cord is prob the best solution...
