flash shoe/umbrella mount?

can someone recommend a good quality, but not top of the range flash shoe/umbrella mount?
The ones on amazon all seem to be cheap and nasty, and doesn't seem to be anything mid range on offer through major outlets!
Just want something thats sturdy and won't fall apart after a few uses!

Try Calumet's one. Sturdy but not a fortune.

Try the Kaavie Multi function adjustable cold shoe mount - Amazon for around £16.00. Excellent value for money and of sturdy metal construction. I've got 2 which get regular use and are as good as the day I bought them.
