Flash Gun help

Hi guys I'm david i have a yongnuo 565EX flash gun and I want to get it off my camera and need help on what wireless trigger transmitter to get for it or a wired connection thanks david
 
I dont know if the canon wireless transmiter will work with 3rd party flash guns, But theres always good recomendation for Pocketwizard II, Not cheep but very good.
 
yongnuo themselves do some decent off camera transmitters - a lot more reasonably priced than Pocket Wizards too!
 
The wireless system you buy depends on what features you would like, if you want ETTL off camera then you need a fairly pricey pocket wizard system, for just a straight forward trigger system (using flash in manual mode) which fire's the flash then you need to look at either the radio triggers or Infrared (Infrared can have issues in bright light or a wall is in the way).
