I've been asked by my Son's football club to photograph the presentation of trophies to the players from the different teams withing the club. This could be a hefty batch. Maybe 50 photographs for the trophy presentation, plus others of people with players from a couple of teams from the IFA Premier league.

I was thinking of using a mini softbox like the one in the link Here to try smooth things a bit.

I have a couple of Yongnuo 460-II flashes. (I know these aren't the best around).

Would the mini soft box be of use? Or is there a better adaptation for the flash that'll improve things?

Thanks in advance.

I have an inflatible softbox and it doesn't make a lot of difference on its own. But lining it with various papers does help.

I have an Ezybox Speed-Lite which is great as it makes the flash gun light source quite large a lot bigger than the lumiquest one which is the whole idea. I also have a large rogue flashbender because it fits in the camera bag a lot easier.

Not hugely expensive either of them, the flashbender is used more since I got it than the ezybox as it is a lot quicker to set up.

I've got one of these which works very well and is a fraction of the price of the Gary Fong version. Videos of him on youtube showing how effective it is.

I went for the large Flashbender. Got it today and haven't had a chance to play with it yet.
