i put a bit of coloured tissue over my sigma flashgun, and took a few shots,
got this light brown stain ,any ideas on getting rid, or perhaps buying the plastic bit

I'd try T Cut, or other fine polishing plate - a good alternative is toothpaste.

whoops you've cooked it, at least the paper onto it.
If it doesnt affect the flash then dont worry is my advice.

Try a pencil eraser.
