Flash bracket for Macro

Is this any good to use it for macro?

I will be using a 550ex with a Lightsphere diffuser.

If there are other option in a similar price range please let me know

I got the O type of bracket basicly a double version of this C bracket from FITP it does the job and is useful...

FITP maybe a few £'s more but worth it for the speed of delivery and the service should anything go wrong, he also takes paypal and gives sound advice.
