Has anyone ever come across this company and if so what was your experience with them Dont want to buy off them without being sure thanks for any help

Just had a click about, having never heard of them before. They look like a grey importer based in a rented office in Birmingham, reselling goods from Hong Kong. You could well end up getting stung for import duties which - in their FAQ section - they make it clear they pass on to you. They give you a handy UK adaptor plug, if necessary, and can't guarantee that your product manual won't be in Chinese.

Personally, I'd avoid - if you really want to go with grey imports (and the potential minefield of international warranties), you can do it yourself via eBay and cut out the middle man. Fizi / Froomoo may be cheap, but I'll bet it's a one-man-band acting as an agent for Asian distributors, who will probably be no help at all if something goes wrong.
