Anyone use this web site for editing photos
a person on it says he will photoshop what i need for 5 dollars
or what other web sitedo other people use to edit photos

Theres loads of places doing this now, many are based in places like India. One thing to keep in mind is how are you going to pay the $5, are you going to give a total stranger your credit card details? Now I don't know the firm you've mentioned and they might be totally legit for all I know, but on the other hand it could be a cheap untracable website and a dodgy geezer.

Fivver is an online marketplace - the website sits between buyer and seller, so there is an element of safety.

I used once to get a logo designed - the one I got back was horrific and no where near what I asked for. I could have challenged it, but as it was only a fiver I didn't and placed the file straight into the trash.

What sort of editing are you after?

For non commercial use, there's people here will do it for fun. Just ask in the image editing section
 
I once approached some companies in various countries offering outsourced image editing but in the end none of them could process them the way I wanted and the price was too high.

I was being given comments like "ok let us process them a different way and get back to you" and I felt like I had absolutely no idea what they were doing.

Ahhh I'd not heard of it I'm afraid. As you point out a bit different then.

some times people want a certain smile from one shot to another or one head to another

i won’t be handing over any credit cards until i do my research

I had exactly the same experience
 
I once used Fiverr to design a logo - you get what you pay for - and you're not paying a lot :cautious:
