I can't fold the bloody thing up!

Gimme a lastolite hilite and I can do that in the twinkling of an eye, but this big black triangle just refuses to fold up into the small big that it miraculously pops out of!
 
haha, fortunately I only had to do it once, and that's when I sold it :D (not because I didn't like it may I add)

I had to do a fair bit of reading around to work it all out...
 
His dual reflectors are similarly untamed....it emerged from its pouch like a jack in a box and smacked me across the face as it made its journey across the room at unbelievable speed...I've grounded it for a month to see if it can mend its ways.

You have my sympathy.

I got mine yesterday, but have given up trying to fold it to original size. I think I'll just carry it round as a large triangle.
 
i really cant see the problem with them.......i just grab the corner and twist it!

haha I did actually laugh out loud at that, only because I had a very similar experience, and then spent the rest of the day getting unsuspecting mates to open it too :p only one flesh wound though :(
 
I dont have a problem with mine,i dont fold it down.:):D:p:thumbs:

The vid on YouTube was good, but it looked like he was folding a burnt Dorito. Mine is so big I am thinking about taking it camping!
 
I've given up trying to fold mine. Way too stressful! :bang:

Its actually really easy when you get the hang of it. Just fold it into a triangle, it should be a bit sqewiff in its shape. Hold it so that the shortest edge of the triangle is facing away from you, and then fold the corners in :)
 
If you think that is hard try doing it with a pop up tent :) once you've mastered a 4person pop up tent you can do anything :).

Mine's quite tight to get on the circle thingy... I'm not even sure I was doing it right, but it seemed to stay put quite firmly. :)
