Fisheye software

Hi Everyone

Just brought myself the circular 4mm f2.8 Sigma Fisheye. Can anyone recommend a software package that is better than CS5 for distortion and from turning the pic from the round composition into a flattened image

daft question - why buy a circular fish eye if you want to flatten it? why not get a rectilinear fisheye?
