Got a call from Firstcall this afternoon to apologize that my order had been held up due to them not getting an expected supply of the Firstcall branded film and r09, and to ask would I like to wait or would I prefer to substitute some other products. Excellent service to get a call instead of an automated email or nothing at all.
 
On the other hand . . . it's now been 19 days, and still no delivery. I emailed them at the beginning of the week, and they replied promptly to tell me the film was in and they were just waiting on the R09 to arrive this week. I think at some point they should have just eaten the extra delivery charges and posted me the 10 films and two packs of negative sleeves that were also part of the order, and sent me the developer when it came in. Oh, well. Swings and roundabouts.

Edit: Ugh, the "this week" from the email is now "7/10/2014" on the website.
