So I got my new (for me) camera today at about 4:30 so it was already getting dark. But I still had a play and I love it. My first dslr. Anyway here are some of my first ever shots, I don't know if this is the correct place to put them, sorry if it is not.

Feel free to give constructive feedback, I know most of them have heavy noise and some are even a bit out of focus but I just wanted to share.

Oh yea, i am using a Canon 40d and 50mm f1.8

Congrats on the new camera, it's a great feeling lol they all look good cant see any noise and they look like there sharp on my phone well done and hope to see more. I would have proberly posted in the pets or general sections for more cnc but I bet a mod could move this of you ask nicely lol again congrats

Congrats on the new camera ... hope you get to really enjoy it :)

Looking at the dog images, I think you could have used a smaller aperture to get both eyes in focus and getting so close in order to fill the frame has caused some distortion - unless that's what you intended, of course. Overall though, I like them :thumbs:
