First Review on Nikon D5

Great review. The new AF system is of particular interest assuming of course that it will find its way into lower models in the not too distant future.
 
Thanks for posting Kev. I'm interested mainly in the ISO performance (especially at 12,800) and this is looking good.

Hi Ryan, I hope you are well.
I've pre ordered mine and have received my email today, confirming Nikon are implementing an allocation process based on the dates ordered. Also asked for NPS number.

The bear at 25600 looks excellent to me so 12800 should be great. The bear at 102400 doesn't look great to say the least so god knows what it'll look like at its 3m ISO :lol:

as a Canon user I can just about justify not getting one... This beast looks seriously capable.
