We all often tend to only shout when things go wrong, but as it's Friday, and I wanted to spread a little love. :hug:

Yesterday afternoon I ordered some lighting parts online, from The Flash Centre, London. Near completion I realised that there was no option for next day delivery, so I phoned them to see if they could do it. The lady I spoke to said, sorry, they don't offer that service, but she would speak to despatch and see what could be done.

9.15 this morning it arrived via Citylink :)

Not bad heh!
 
Nice to see some positive feedback on a retailer. Too often we're quick to shout about problems but not about decent service

we dont offer next day delivery or guarantee it as courriers do get things wrong

we say within 48 hours customer is happy but 99% of the time it does arrive next day so customer is happy again
