first class postage

Yeh thanks for that. Bit of stupid decision by to send it like that (lesson learnt the hard way)
 
I usually do my postage thru the RM site where it does the return address for me... Plus then I get the correct address & postcode details... Hey thats just me yes I am usually perfect on 99% of things :razz: :p :lol:

Have you ever tried getting any money out of royal mail.

They want proof of purchase of the original item, proof of payment from the buyer, proof of how much money each item cost you, the exact time and location the item was posted and the type of packaging used.

I tried once and they responded saying it was insufficient evidence.
 
Then after all that don't they just refund in stamps :shrug:
