First attempt at home developing

What could I used for the final wash instead of only water. I get some mark on the film, not much and I think is chemical as my water is very good.
 
Dish soap is ok, but I think I'm going to get some rinse aid next time I order some chemicals.

I always used to do a final rinse in distilled water with a drop of rinse aid
