fireworks exeter where to watch

Hi Guys,

I only just realised its fireworks night n I wanna play around and get some pics

anyone know a good place within walking distance of campus as I'm car-less and not going to Ottery this year

right now I'm thinking the Holland balcony near the top of the hill looking over the exe.......

Just sneak up to the top of Northcote tower and you'll see all you need to!

tried breaking into the top floor of the library last year but I had to scarper

Check the Excessive Error (Express and Echo) to see where the pay to see displays are and try to get somewhere that overlooks them.

TBH, my computer room looks out over a fair bit of the city and there are a lot fewer fireworks this year than there have been in the past. I know it's still early but it's always been a bit like the Somme from dusk onwards!
